We print our prices because guessing wastes everyone's morning. Figures below are in US dollars and exclude parts unless stated. Oregon has no state sales tax; nothing extra appears on the invoice at the end.
Bench service
Credited against the repair if you go ahead.

Managed IT, per seat
Minimum three seats. Month to month, 30 days' notice.
- Unlimited remote help desk, 8am–6pm Pacific

- Two on-site visits per month included
- Backup monitoring and monthly restore test
- Named engineer plus documented backup engineer
- Quarterly review with the business owner
Installation work
Fixed-price quote given for anything over four hours.

- Wireless survey, up to 6,000 sq ft: $395

Terms in short
How billing works
- No work starts without your written or recorded approval of the quote.
- If the job turns out cheaper than quoted, you pay the cheaper figure.
- If it turns out more expensive, we stop and ask before continuing.
- Households pay on collection. Card, debit, cash or bank transfer.
- Contracted businesses are invoiced monthly, net 14 days.
- Unrepaired machines are returned for the $49 diagnostic only.

Straight answer
Will a repair actually be worth it?
Our rule of thumb: if the fix costs more than half of a sensible replacement, we say so and help you choose the replacement instead. Nobody at Sablefir is paid on commission, so there is nothing in it for us either way.
